Goods are offered for sale to the customer at the prices listed on the Website and include delivery where stated. Customers are advised to check the prices carefully before purchasing as prices may change because of special offer promotions or general price increases. Any local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and the customer should satisfy him/her self concerning any such taxes. Diamond Football Co. hold no responsibility over customs delays.
When ordering, at least one phone number and an e-mail address must be supplied. No goods can be despatched without a phone number.Customers must pay in full before any goods are despatched.
Delivery will be effected by the shipping company selected by Diamond Football Co Ltd (T/A Diamond Soccer) and an email and tracking number will be sent to the customer confirming despatch has been made. Goods will usually be despatched within 24-48hrs of payment being received. Customers should ensure that they are able to accept the delivery when advised as any re- delivery costs will be charged to the customer. Although rare, due to interantional character of deliveries some delay related to customs operations may occur. In this case you will be informed through FedEx system about these delays.
For orders of $2500 plus you will be presented with a contact form so that we can offer you a better price on the order.
Goods are supplied according to the description and pictures of the product listed on the website but please note some of the monitors settings may affect how you see diffrent colours on your screen and in reality. Diamond Football Co Ltd (T/A Diamond Soccer) will accept the return of any unused goods providing that they are in the original packing and undamaged. The return shipping cost must be paid for by the customer.

No refunds will be made until the goods have been received and checked by Diamond Football Co Ltd (T/A Diamond Soccer) (. As part of our return policy the customer must advise Diamond Football Co Ltd of any returns by emailing info@diamondfootball.com and quoting order number and returned goods. Without this notification return procedure can be significantly extended due to admin difficulties with order identification.
Complaints regarding faulty goods must be addressed to Diamond Football Co Ltd via email along with photos if possible.Diamond Football Co Ltd (T/A Diamond Soccer) is proud of its customer service reputation and will deal with any complaint as speedily as possible. No refunds or exchanges will be given without proof of purchase by the complainant.
