Chicago Fire vs Philadelphia Union: Fire come out on top

Chicago Fire have now secured their first win of the season after beating Philadelphia Union 1-0.

Chicago Fire came out on top during their match against Philadelphia Union after beating the side 1-0.

During the match Chicago Fire's Harrison Shipp appeared to be the star man after scoring a well-timed finish and providing good weighted passes to cause the Union defence all sorts of problems.

Over the course of the game Philadelphia seemed to have no luck going their way and matters were not helped after Fred was shown a red card for letting out his frustration at Shipp.

The match signalled Chicago Fire's first win of the season and see's them move into 8th place in the Eastern Conference with Philadelphia Union moving to 10th.
